Extensions

Usually, 100 g of hair is used to make extensions. When made to order for a particular customer, the hair that will be used for the extensions can be much more. Extensions are tresses of hair attached in a certain way. The production techniques are different.
They depend on the client's preferences for the hairstyle to be achieved. A very important factor that we have to take into account is the specific situation and what it allows us to do, namely: how long and dense is the hair to which the extension will be attached.
How will the hair on the head merge (blend) with that of the extension, the way of attachment? The extensions can be made of high-grade soft synthetic hair - thermal fiber. The thermal fiber is as close as possible to the feeling of living hair and allows it to be thermally shaped. In this case, the choice of color is very important. It should be as close as possible to the color of the hair on which the extension will be placed.
Ponytails
As a hairstyle "ponytail" has been known since ancient times. Today, tails are widely used, both in everyday life and for special occasions. The tails are made of natural and synthetic hair. Wigs, toupees, ponytails, extensions ... they all need proper care for a better appearance and longer life. Whether they are made of natural or synthetic hair, only products specifically designed to maintain the hair should be used for washing, nourishing, and styling.
For synthetic hair, is recommended to use shampoos, conditioners, sprays, combs, and brushes from Revlon and Sentoo. Designed specifically for this type of hair, they keep it soft and smooth, preventing breakage, electrification, and tangling.
The natural hair that is used to make wigs, toupees, extensions, bangs, ponytails, and other hair accessories is "dead" hair. Cut, this hair cannot "feed" from its root. Therefore, it is necessary to nourish and hydrate it with special products for washing and recovery. In addition, this hair is more or less chemically treated, which determines its class. This inevitably leads to the need for constant hydration.
To be soft, "alive" and with a good appearance, products of human hair must be maintained with shampoos, conditioners, masks, and serums specifically designed for this type of hair. They are highly hydrating and nourishing.
For installation
According to the preferences, the type of hair, and the effect you are looking for, there are different methods for placing looks of hair, tresses, extensions, toupees, half-wigs, bangs. Depending on the methods, the placement is temporary or permanent (for a longer period of time). For this purpose, clips, eyelets, keratin, double-sided tapes (stickers), medical glues, pliers, hooks, hoops, threads, keratin soldering iron are used.
The clips are used for temporary and quick attachment of locks, rows of hair, and whole extensions; for placing tails, bangs and half-wigs; to fix tufts and wigs.
Toupees, half-wigs, and wigs are placed and fixed with double-sided adhesive tapes and medical glues for greater security and more comfort. The stickers are used for attaching hair locks and tresses in thin hair when an even more imperceptible effect is needed.
Attaching of hair locks and tresses with keratin, eyelets, and sewing with thread is more longer lasting.
